I've made this several times and I love it. Nigella Bites was the show that got me totally into cooking. She makes it seem easy and carefree. The thing that really won me over was how she would just eyeball ingredients, that was like a revelation to me. What, I don't need to be exact? I can use what I have or work around it? Excellent!
