Tonight we're having "Golden Bowl" for dinner. A friend of mine showed me how to make this many, many years ago and it's been a staple ever since. The way I usually do it is by just steaming some veggies (usually something like potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, onions), deep frying some tofu marinated in soy sauce and mixing it all with some brown rice. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast. It's a great recipe because you can use whatever veggies you have on hand really.
